Delish Summer Mocktails

With the Fourth of July well behind us, and the Royal Baby craziness winding down, we’re due for a “yay we made it!” celebration. But we could probably also go for a detox. Here are some delicious, alcohol-free (and easy peasy!) mocktail recipes to liven up the rest of your summer without the empty calories.

Mock Champagne

(2) 2-liter Bottles of Ginger Ale, Chilled

(1) 46-ounce Can of Pineapple Juice, Chilled

(1) 64-ounce Bottle of White Grape Juice, Chilled


Mix the ingredients together in a large punch bowl, and enjoy!

Watermelon Daiquiri

Watermelon Slush (6) Ice Cubes

2-cups Cubed, Seeded Watermelon

1-teaspoon honey


Place ice cubes in the blender and pulse until crushed. Add Watermelon and blend for about 1 minute. Add honey and blend for 10 seconds. Sip and enjoy!

2-cups of Cranberry Juice

1-cup of Pineapple Juice

1-cup of Orange Juice

(1) 4-ounce Jar Maraschino Cherries

2-tablespoons of Lemon Juice

(1) 12-ounce Can/Bottle of Ginger Ale

(1) Orange, Sliced in Rounds


In a gallon pitcher combine cranberry juice, pineapple juice, orange juice, cherry juice and lemon juice.

Just before serving, slowly add ginger ale; stir to blend.

Serve over ice in cups or glasses.

Garnish with cherry and orange slices.
