Royal Roundup | Prince Harry in Chicago & Kate at Kensington Palace

Prince Harry Chicago

I know, I know. I disappear forever, write a post about posting more… and yet I still can’t drop the royal content. I can’t help it guys – royals just make me happy! They’re a little bit of living, breathing history and I’m just fascinated by it all. Anywho, The Duchess of Cambridge (nee Kate Middleton), Prince William, Prince Harry, and Princess Eugenie were out and about in the past week and have given us some great tidbits to look at! As time goes on I’ll be updating these posts more regularly (as in, not sitting down to write the whole thing all in one night) so they’ll be chock-full of write-ups on royal daily activities, but for this week here are some highlights.

HRH Prince Harry joined the former First Lady of the United States, Michelle Obama, on a surprise visit to Hyde Park Academy in Chicago. Prince Harry is currently in the United States at the invitation of former President Barack Obama and his wife for the Inaugural Summit of the Obama Foundation. The Obamas and Prince Harry have struck up quite the friendship in recent years, with the Obamas attending the past two iterations of Harry’s Invictus Games and Harry hosting them in London during their last visit to the UK.
