As the News of the World phone hacking scandal unfolds in court, new evidence is providing a glimpse into the now defunct relationship of Prince Harry and his longtime ex-girlfriend Chelsy Davy.
According to an email sent by Clive Goodman to Andy Coulson in 2005, Chelsy was sending her royal beau “dozens” of text messages per day while he was training at Sandhurst. According to a recent article in the Daily Mail, “she was blitzing him with dozens of calls and texts when he should be concentrating on his training.” However, the email also acknowledges that Harry was unable to “field the calls” until 10pm, when his training had ended for the day.
The evidence also corroborates a report that Prince Harry received assistance from royal staffers – specifically that Jamie Lowther-Pinkerton helped him complete an essay.
