I love, love, love Tory Burch. Her designs are the perfect mix of preppy and trendy. Now, I realize for a pair of ballet flats these are a bit on the pricey side (ok, they’re wicked expensive), but as I’ve said a few times, there are certain pieces of your wardrobe which should be seen as investments. Shoes are definitely one of those pieces.
These ballet flats are a pretty traditional design, and are lacking (fortunately, or unfortunately depending on your tastes) the giant gold Tory Burch emblem on the toe. They can be dressed down with jeans, or dressed up with a cute skirt or trousers. Tory Burch also has a ton of different styles of flats and other shoes, so I highly recommend you check them out.

Alright, I know boat shoes aren’t exactly practical for winter weather (depending on where you live), but EVERY guy needs a pair of these amazingly preppy kicks. Sperry has TONS of designs for these shoes – different colors, not really different styles – and some of them are more winter appropriate than others. The ones featured are a little more on the warm weather side, but the plaid inset with darker colors gives it a little bit of a fall/winter feel.
