If there is one Hollywood starlet who always gets it right, it’s got to be Kate Winslet. I’ve never been disappointed by any of her red carpet looks, and when she stepped out for the 3D re-release/premier for Titanic she kept the streak alive.

Kate looks absolutely stunning in this Jenny Packham black gown with bejeweled stomacher and sleeves. (It’s nice to see that the stomacher is making a come-back. It can fancy up even the most plain gown.) Kate’s hair, make-up, and jewelry perfectly compliment her dress, and her dress puts her killer body on display.
