MoveMore – Britney Spears Abs

Almost every time I post about working out on this blog, I also mention Britney Spears. Why? Well, because when Miss Brit was younger she had the most amazing abs (and body in general) ever. Her abs were so amazing, in fact, that I can distinctly remember discussing whether the rumor that she did 1,000 crunches per day could possibly be true.

Turns out, it is. She did roughly 1900 crunch-type movements (ab exercises in general) four times per week. WOAH. But hard work and dedication will get you looking like this:
