The official trailer for the upcoming movie Diana, starring Naomi Watts as Diana, Princess of Wales (aka Princess Diana or Lady Di), has been released, and we’re beyond excited!
The movie recounts the final two years of Diana’s life, two years that were fraught with drama. The Princess was in the middle of a very public (and messy-ish) divorce from Prince Charles, trying to raise two sons – Prince William and Prince Harry – and jet-setting around the world to shed light on various charitable endeavors and to attend glamorous social events. All the while, she was romantically linked to more than one man, and causing a bit of a headache for Her Majesty and the rest of the royal family.
Unfortunately, we all know how Diana’s story ended.
