Prince Harry, who now sits at fifth in line to the throne (after his father Prince Charles, The Prince of Wales, his brother Prince William, The Duke of Cambridge, and his nephew Prince George, and niece Princess Charlotte), is celebrating his 31st birthday back in the UK today.
After a three month stint in Africa working with wildlife conservationists – a cause close to both his and Prince William’s hearts – Harry is now gearing up to begin his life as a full-time royal.
A birthday – even a royal one! – doesn’t mean he gets a day off though. Prince Harry took part in a flypast at Goodwood Aerodome to mark the 75th anniversary of the Battle of Britain. And he was rocking that beard that we all love so darn much.
There’s no word yet on how Prince Harry plans to celebrate his birthday, but I’ll be keeping an eye out and reporting back here. It’s only about 2pm in the UK right now so the night is young!
