Back when I was a contributing member of society and had a job (with health insurance AND a 401k) my favorite part of the day was when I got to put on my PJs. Most of the time I just wear yoga pants and a tee shirt, but I really, really LOVE wearing real PJ pants – they’re so comfy and cute. And for some reason I feel even more relaxed being in actual PJs and not modified workout clothes, or clothes I would wear for a quick trip to CVS.

In the spirit of full disclosure, and since no one pays me to say anything on here & thus I am my own boss, I have a confession. These aren’t the PJ pants I wanted to post originally – only because I get really hot at night and flannel pants are just too much. I prefer just plain cotton (like the men’s pants below). But whatever – these are adorable, and you get the general idea.
PJ pants make great presents, because everyone likes to sleep! They also range from pretty cheap, or really, ridiculously, expensive. You can buy them as just bottoms, or as a matching set if that’s more you speed. They come in all sorts of materials (flannel, cotton, satin, sateen, velour … yeah, velour… I know, right?), colors, and styles (long, capri length, cute ruffles on the bottom, with or without drawstring and/or pockets, etc.).

Now, these guys pants are the ones I wanted to feature for the ladies, but unfortunately, I couldn’t find them anywhere for women on the whole wide internet. It was depressing. So – I am jealous of these pants. And, if you are thinking of buying PJ pants for a lady as a gift – you might be able to buy men’s pants in a smaller size so that they’ll fit a girl. But who knows.
I am supposed to be touting these pants as a great gift for guys, but all I can think of to say is that – once again – everyone loves to sleep, and this material/style is super comfy. {Editorial Note: I think guys look super cute wearing real PJ pants and not just regular old sweats, or mesh gym shorts.}
