Why, hello!
First of all – I hope everyone had an amazing Thanksgiving holiday, and a lovely long weekend. I was super quiet these last few days, but rest assured, I did not get tarred and feathered by rabid Giuliana Rancic fans. I was just enjoying Thanksgiving and all that it entails – namely, a glorious long weekend.
There is NOTHING better than a long weekend. And since I am still in school, this past weekend was an exceptionally long one – lasting from Tuesday evening at 4:20pm (when my class let out) until today at 1pm (when my first class of the week begins). There are no words to describe how amazing that was. After this week, “reading week” begins (a break in classes meant for copious amounts of studying before finals), and finals begin on December 13. And then… I’m on break until January 9, yessss!
Basically, December 21 at 1pm (when my last final ends) is the light at the end of the tunnel, and everything else just doesn’t matter. I just need to get there! I think I can, I think I can.
In other news:
Y’all probably noticed that I completely fell off the Holiday Gift Guide bandwagon, and I’m sorry for that. It’s been a little crazy over here with celebrity Twitter feuds (enough is enough people, you can stop with the hate tweets any day now) and the beginning of the holiday season, but I will be back at it this week (beginning sometime later today, perhaps?) and will hopefully continue on without any interruptions (but, as always – since I make the rules here, I can break them too).
