Kate Middleton reportedly made a stop at St. Mary’s Hospital in London earlier this week.
But you can relax – you haven’t missed the biggest birth announcement of the year. She was simply there for a checkup for herself and Baby Cambridge.
St. Mary’s is the same hospital that Kate is planning to be admitted to for the birth of her first child, and heir to the throne, and currently has a rapid group of reporters and paparazzi stationed outside. The reporters have been lining up, claiming their spots for the big day, since the beginning of the month.
Ladders have been brought in for the photographers to get a good view, while colored tape marks the spaces on the ground reserved for each news or photography agency.
So how did Kate Middleton manage to get in and out without being seen? According to one London paparazzo, “There are so many different ways in to the Lindo. They can easily ghost her in or out.”
Never fear though! When Kate does check into the hospital for real, the press will be alerted by Buckingham Palace officials.
