Delicious!

RECIPE EXCHANGE!!
Ok, so this is a bit random but here goes.

I recently received an e-mail from friend from high school inviting me to participate in a “recipe exchange”. Basically, I just had to e-mail my favorite recipe to the person listed in the e-mail (who happened to not be the person who sent it to me) and then send the e-mail to 20 other people, with my e-mail address included. I should be getting about 36 recipes in my inbox shortly.

Anyway – I wasn’t sure which recipe to share because, to be honest, I don’t cook often. But then I remembered my FAVORITE dip, which is also super easy to make (3 steps!). So that’s the recipe I included.

And I have decided to also share it here. Because it’s amazingly delicious. And “healthy” (meaning – not terribly disgustingly fattening, because if you follow the recipe you will use all low-fat or fat-free ingredients, although you could use the full-fat versions as well).

Also, this dish will be HOT when you take it from the oven, since you put it in at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. The contents of the dish will also be hot because they are gooey-cheeses and stuff. So use oven mitts to remove it from the oven, wait for it to cool before eating it, and BE CAREFUL.

You can’t sue me for negligence now, so HA.

Low-Fat Buffalo Chicken Dip
* This dip goes great with nacho chips and also Ritz crackers. But the nacho scoops are best, because Ritz crackers kinda break and crumble and it’s a little sad.

Ingredients

8oz Fat-Free Cream Cheese
4oz Frank’s Red Hot Sauce
1/2 Cup Fat-Free Blue Cheese Dressing OR Fat-Free Ranch (I prefer the Ranch)
1/2 cup Kraft Blue Cheese Crumbles
9 3/4oz Swanson Premium Chunk Chicken Breast, In Water (at the supermarket it’s in the same aisle as canned tuna)

Directions
1. Mix ingredients in large bowl

2. Put mixture into a baking dish
3. Bake @ 350 degrees for 20 minutes

Enjoy!!

  1. Sounds good! Laughed as usual 🙂

  2. I try, haha.

I swear, I am working on my portion of the story – I've just been swamped [with procrastinating on my school work] recently. 🙁 Finals are coming up.
