Hearing someone’s opinion/thoughts/whatever on something that they are really excited about, and completely disagreeing with them – but not being in any position to say so.

Having my first legitimate “Oh My Gosh I’m Old” moment, and realizing that I’m having it around people who are much older than me, therefore inadvertently insulting all of them. Sorry y’all.

Spending hours upon hours researching your family tree. Ok, for me this is awesome – it’s interesting to me, but I know that it makes me a huge, huge dork. So also, awkward.

Having a conversation with someone when you know that what they are saying is factually in correct, but not being in a position to correct them, so you’ve got to let them walk around saying the wrong stuff. (Ok, maybe this one is mildly entertaining and thus awesome…)

Finally learning the name of the nice lady who says “hi” to me every single day at work… so excited that I don’t have to feel like the rudest person on Earth anymore.

Being able to buy people presents again ~ Yay for having a pay check!

Knowing that spring is just around the corner – the temperature keeps flucutating between 50 and 30 here, but that’s good enough for me. As long as it consistently stays over 25 I am happy.

My boyfriend. Yeah, he’s awesome. The end.

Getting your hair highlighted and cut, after you’ve been walking around with 4.5″ roots for months – it’s so nice to know I don’t look like a homeless person anymore.

Job interviews that go really, really well. And then getting called back for a 2nd interview. 🙂
