Lady Mary (Michelle Dockery) on Letterman

One of my absolute favorite shows these days is Downton Abbey. I started watching it after hearing a lot of buzz via Tumblr and Twitter. Season 1 had already aired in both the UK and US, so I was able to download the whole season from iTunes and watch it in pretty much two days. Amazing.

When Season 2 aired in the UK, I was completely jealous of everyone who had already seen it on that side of the pond, so I watched it online. Now that it’s airing in the US (Sunday nights on PBS), I’m watching season 2 for the second time, and I love it just as much!

One of my FAVORITE characters is Lady Mary (the daughter of the Earl of Grantham [Hugh Bonneville]), played by Michelle Dockery. (My second favorite is Violet Crawley, the Dowager Countess of Grantham, played by Maggie Smith, aka Professor Mcgonagall) The show pretty much revolves around her, and she does an amazing job of helping the viewer get completely lost in the show.

So take a look (below) at Michelle’s interview on Letterman. She’s lovely!
